Terms & Conditions
An initial non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your date. The remaining balance has to be paid 4 weeks before your event.
Any breakages, damages or thefts to the venue, décor or props will be charged to the agreement holder.
All activities & entertainment for the venue have to be disclosed and approved by the event planners prior to your event. Please provide their full details with as much notice as possible.
Any cancelations made within the 4 weeks prior to your event will result in the loss of your full balance.
Please do not exceed the capacity for your event discussed with the event planner.
Unfortunately we do not have access to disabled toilets or wheelchair access. Our toilet is based upstairs of the venue.
Food allergies/dietary requirements have to be disclosed 4 weeks prior to your event.
There is no parking outside our venue - this is a loading only and blue badge holder parking - we cannot be held liable should you park your vehicle outside and it come into damage or gain a ticket.
Their are multiple car parks close by or accessible by local train
We cannot be held liable for consumptions of alcohol by minors who attend the private event, liability lies solely to the client. If there is alcohol provided to a person under the legal age this can cause for a suspension of your whole event - with no refund provided.
Balloon Orders/Prop Hire
Terms & Conditions
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking and secure your date. Deposits are non refundable, However should you need to change a date, this can be done subject to availability & notice given.
The outstanding balance will be due 1 week prior to your event and date and time confirmed for collection or set up.
WE CANNOT HOLD A DATE WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.
You are liable for all prop hire, any damages or missing props. Will be invoiced to you for the costs of repair or replacement.
Our prosecco glasses have a charge of £2.50 for any glasses damaged or not returned.
Our command hooks are used to secure our garlands to walls. If removed correctly these should not cause any damage, however it is still possible for damage to be caused during removal.
Once all balloons have been installed, delivered or collected. These are now your responsibility. We use high quality balloons however they can still be damaged/popped. Please take care with any sharp objects, rough handling and high and low temperatures.
Please do not try and remove any personalised messages on balloons as this can cause them to puncture or burst.
Do not store any balloons in cars or garages for long periods of time - take out of cars as quickly as possible.
Weather impacts balloons in many ways, rain, cold, wind or heat. We cannot be held responsible for this. We recommend storing in a cool dry place. Sunlight can discolour balloons and burst if set up outside.
If you use balloon shine on your balloons - This is very sticky and can cause surfaces underneath to be a slip hazard. Please be aware of this when requesting.
Foils can deflate in cold temperatures, Once they are back in room temperature, they should re-inflate.
Do not inhale helium or leave balloons unattended with children, these can be life threatening and are a chocking hazard.
Helium is a flammable gas, please keep away from an open flame or cakes with candles!
Lastly Balloons are very unpredictable, sometimes there can be a faulty batch and this can cause small pinhole punctures, we will do our best to replace for the day of your event but cannot guarantee. We hope you understand .
